What is the SIG?
This Special Interest Group (SIG) on Narrative and Learning Environments is an activity of the Kaleidoscope European Network of Excellence.

It focuses on questions regarding the application of narrative in learning environments, which may allow the users:
  • to improve their notions of narrative;
  • to shape a friendly environment for setting up social relations;
  • to support the development of affective interactions;
  • to ease the analysis of what takes place in a story, by means of reflection;
  • to overcome the fragmentation of thought implied by the hypertextual structure, by organizing the content knowledge in multimedia environments.

Who can become a member?

All those with an interest in the SIG are welcome, from within and outside Kaleidoscope, from academia and industry.
You may apply online by filling in the form at Joining the SIG.
